I'd like you all to meet Cover Model #8 on my list:
Say Hello to DeLonn Donovan!
Before attending the 2013 RT Convention in Kansas City as an assistant & co-coordinator for the models, I had spoken to DeLonn online several times and in each interaction, he was nothing but polite & sweet. With me, I never judge a book by it's cover, so of course I wasn't sure what to expect when I finally met him in real life.. Let me tell you that this man is amazing! Not only did he continue to be polite & sweet, he also proved to be a gentleman, not just with me but with all of the ladies who attended RT.. He always helped me up & down stairways by offering an arm, insisted on carrying things if my arms were overloaded & just showed the world of RT that he truly is an amazing & versatile young man who has a long way to go in his career. He is also now someone I am happy to call my friend..
Check out DeLonn and his info & pics.. If you are interested as using him for a cover model or advertising or roles of any kind, please contact me & I can help you either find some pre-done shots or set up a photo shoot with him. Also, if you have any questions that you'd like DeLonn to answer, send them to me here, as well & I'll be sure he follows up with them:)
Enjoy!

We'll start with the same questions I've given each of my cover models to answer:
Hello to all! First I want to take a second to thank Vicki Rose and
Platinum Book Reviews for this interview..
1) Are you really this
outgoing in everyday life?
Actually, Yes I am. I'm a very outgoing person all around. I've been this
way as long as i can remember. My family tells me all the the time that I belong
in the business of either helping or entertaining people. There has been few
times that I've been accused of being to in your face or "cocky". I let that get
to me for a bit, so I tried to be a little less and reserve my personality. Of
course as you all know that never works and it didn't work for me, so much that
I didn't like myself. I fixed that real quick, said to hell with few people and
continued being DeLonn.
2) Hook-ups or
relationships?
Well, I'm going to answer this question with
a few of my own, follow me if you will and try to make the connection. By any
means do I see women as an object of purchase (Mom would kill me). Here we go.
Who buys a car without test driving it first, who buys a home with out going
inside (no pun intended here.....lol) and checking it out, who buys shoes
without making sure they're a perfect fit (again no pun), insurance without a
quote. All of this to say, its human nature to know what were getting ourselves
in to. We're going to commit, we just want the best we can get, all the way
around. No one wants that car they bought off of good looks and great tires, but
when you get in and take off and it just does not drive like you expected. It's
kind of like one leads to the other, the other just happens to be an awesome
great relationship.
3) Blondes, Brunettes
or Redheads?
Now, when it comes to women I'm open to all.
Of course I love what I was raised around and came to know which is Black Women.
On the same page I'm a man who enjoys an intelligent conversation, a Woman who
takes pride in her self and her appearance can handle me and has PLENTY of
T&A, is what i require. No matter your hair or skin color if you have those
qualities and attributes we can rock. I do have to say though I'd love a
redhead who' carpet matches the drapes...sorry ladies, I've always loved that
saying and its appropriate for the question...........right?
4) If you had just one
wish, what would it be?
My one wish would be that my
children, wouldn't have to experience real pain, suffering, heartache, poverty,
misfortune or any of the harshness that this world has to offer. I wish to
shield them from it all or take it all on. As any parent does or should, I wish
only the best for my babies.
5) Would you ever
consider modeling for Playgirl?
No, I cant say that I would. I have a lot of
women in my family that I respect and love dearly. I wouldn't want it coming
back to them from their friends about my spread and how good or bad it was. when
you make any choice it always effect not only you but those around you. Even
though I think I'd be great and have positive rewards. I wouldn't want that
lifestyle for my folks. let alone my kids. Plus I love to leave women wondering.......just a bit...

Thanks for reading. I hope you enjoy reading these as much as I enjoyed answering them...
Until next time...
